I’m having the same problem. The game worked last night.
I just started having this issue as well just 20 minutes ago. Finished ME1. When I went to start ME2, that same window popped up.
Rebooted several times, cleared Origin cache, nothing fixes this. Logging in with the correct credentials does nothing.

Game worked until around 3 hours ago when I finished Mass Effect 2. When I tried to start mass Effect 3 at about 30 mins ago I got the same error and now I can’t start the Legendary Edition at all.
