«Your mission was to infiltrate the US Army and wait for the bombs to drop and after that establish a HQ for the russian forces. During the time you’ve waited you’ve listened to a secret broadcasting service from the Motherland awaiting orders. In the army you were part of a secret Project of creating the new super soldiers. You were subject to the new performance enhancing drug called «Psycho.» one of the side effects was extreme agressiveness. For years you were a subject to this drug until it was discovered by the public. The project was discontinued and the soldiers were sent back to their normal stations. During the full project you’ve reported back to the Motherland with daily reports of the drug. After the project you were stationed in Boston. While waiting for further orders you started to develop a family in Boston with a loving wife. Your love grew everyday you spent with her and you started to forget your mission. Until one day changed your life forever. October 23. 2077 a man came to your door and was talking about a vault to protect your family from the nuclear explosion. That moment you remembered your whole mission and started to plan a location for the new russian HQ. Kalinka started playing in your head only stopped by the sound of your baby son Shaun crying. You go and comfort Shaun and got interrupted ny Codsworth caling you from the living room. On the news station the Announcer was talking about Nuclear detonations nation wide. Katinka starts playing louder in your head. You yell that your family should run to the vault. Every step towards the vault Kalinka started playing louder and louder. You get to the vault and get frozen in time only to wake up 210 years later. The first thing you do is to tune in to the SCR (Soviet Communication Radio) hoping someone will respond. Only music playing and you remember what you have to do. You get started on building the new HQ hoping every minute that the Motherland will show a sign and somehow save you from the Wasteland. «

HOW TO INSTALL

FOMOD INSTALLER VERSION
Use the FOMOD installer version with a mod manager like Nexus Mod Manager and follow the instructions in the installer.

Craftable Decorations
Optionally enable OWR2_CraftableDecor.esp if you want to install OWR2 themed billboards, animated flags and posters into your Workshop menu (Decorations > Wall Decorations > Signs).
Optionally use OWR2_CraftableDecor_CW.esp below OWR2_CraftableDecor.esp in your load order if you own the Contraptions Workshop DLC and want to add OWR2 themed powered posters as well.

Setlement Keywords Expanded (SKE)
Optionally use OWR2_SKEPatch.esp below OWR2.esp in your load order if you’re using Settlement Keywords Expanded (SKE) by Sharlikran and want the craftable settlement radios placed in SKE > Decorations > Old World Radio under their appropriate submenu.
Optionally use OWR2_CraftableDecor_SKPatch.esp below OWR2_CraftableDecor.esp in your load order to do the same with craftable decorations.
Optionally use OWR2_CraftableDecor_CW_SKPatch.esp below OWR2_CraftableDecor_CW.esp in your load order to do the same with powered posters.

HOW TO USE IN THE GAME

RADIO STATIONS

Radio stations are instantly available through your Pip-Boy radio as soon as you enable the mod.

CRAFTABLE SETTLEMENT RADIOS

Craftable settlement radios are available through your Workshop menu under Decorations > Miscellaneous, unless you’re using the SKE patch (OWR2_SKEPatch.esp) in which case they are placed in SKE > Decorations > Old World Radio under their appropriate submenu (see How To Install section).

HOLOTAPE SETTINGS

All radio stations come with their own settings holotapes that can be crafted at your Chemistry Station under Utilities. You can use these holotapes to change volume for the station or skip tracks.

DUAL AUDIO FOR REPCONN RADIO

Besides changing the volume and skip tracks, you can also use the settings holotape for Repconn Radio to change between the classic version and Zanov edition of the station. This means the radio station has DJ parts and radio drama that are mutually present for both versions of the radio, and you can either listen to the classic version that plays space themed old-timey music, or you can choose the Zanov version that plays electro music by Zanov.

CRAFTABLE DECORATIONS

If you’ve installed the decorations pack (OWR2_Craftable_Decor.esp) OWR2 themed billboards, animated flags and posters are available through your Workshop menu under Decorations > Wall Decorations > Signs, and in case you’ve installed the Contraptions Workshop exclusive powered posters as well (OWR2_Craftable_Decor_CW.esp) they are available under Decorations > Wall Decorations > Posters. Unless of course if you’re using the SKE patch (OWR2_Craftable_Decor_SKPatch.esp and OWR2_Craftable_Decor_CW_SKPatch.esp) in which case they are placed in SKE > Decorations > Old World Radio under their appropriate submenus (see How To Install section).
