Description
The radiation effected people in different ways. Most died or became ghouls, but some developed strange powers and abilities.
REMEMBER: The idea is for the powers to support you and finding them is part of the fun, that’s why you must defeat enemies with these powers. You may find it takes exploring the whole map to collect them all, or you can just go face off against the children of atom. But go prepared and not before around level 15, because youll probably die a lot. Or you can gather a few powers first and take your chances. Completely up to you.
Powers list
Use hotkeys ONLY, item added into interior under sanctuary bridge there will unequip speed, timestop, invisibility and shapeshifting. To use item, go into third person and then hotkey equip them.
Please use Hotkeys to equip armor based powers, and inventory to unequip them as some powers like stop time may get you stuck in your inventory if equipped from the pip boy, see known issues below.
Most powers are used as a grenade slot, you can obtain your first random power from a dead mutant’s body outside of vault 111. The rest you have to obtain from enemies
Summoning shadowman and illusion summons will only work while in combat
For balance, some of the more powerful abilities do health or rad damage when equipped (such as Ethereal)
IMPORTANT! Overuse of the ONLY most powerful powers will result in blurry vision and a crippled head but this can take a few mins of continuous use to take effect, which should NOT kill you unless your using a mod the changes headshots etc (for example Stop Time will cause this)
Enemies WILL use most powers against you, but use them when they see fit If they have them. Sometimes you can kill them before they use them, other times they use them as soon as they spot you depending on how much practice they have with their powers and how well they can control them
For Teleportation and Ethereal, super speed to work on your companions trade the «aid» items that come with the powers when you find them and your companion will use them in combat
1. Teleportation (aim and use grenade at target area, teleports you to that location instantly) (Enemies with this power will also teleport around you when fighting of teleport away if wounded, beware)
2. Super Speed (Makes you and your attacks very fast, includes no fall damage)
3. Time Travel: Slow time, Stop Time, Mark time and Reverse Time
to reverse time, equip «Mark Time» using a hotkey which will force a save. Then when ready, use «Reverse time» with a hotkey and you will return to your «marked» time or any save after that point
Essentially its a save and load script, if used in inventory it may not work correctly so be sure to hotkey the items and not be in a menu when using. To use again, unequip «mark time» and ONLY use «reverse time» AFTER you have equipped «Mark time» again and made a «mark» otherwise you may just be reset to the main menu or the game may glitch out (bug)
(warning sometimes stop time doesn’t work if you use vats when time is stopped, as the vats has a build in effect to change the time scale so it will jump start time again and youll need to unequip all other powers and use time stop again to fix it)
4. Weather Control
Change between Clear, Rain and Rad storm at will and also have a powerful wind blast attack that sends enemies flying
5. Sound Manipulation: sonic scream (offensive)
6. Umbrakinesis: Nightmare (causes enemies to flee), Shadow form (various stealth based perks) and summon shadow man( summons a shadow creature to aid you)
7. Electricity: Offensive based electric bolt
8. Fire powers: Flame on (sets user on fire, makes immune to fire) fireball (small area offensive) and fireblast (large area offensive)
9. Chemical powers: Poison and Paralyse spray
10. Laser: large offensive laser
11. Energy Manipulation: Offensive Shockwave (large area explosive) and energy shield (defensive shield with 75pts resistance to all attacks)
12. Absorb lifeforce: absorbs life force, damaging enemy and healing user
13. Earth manipulation: Throw boulder( throws heavy rock, good for limb damage) earthquake (shakes and staggers enemies) Bloackade (summons a mound of dirt to block off an area)
14. Ice powers: Ice blast (offensive blast of ice, freezes enemies) Ice form (defensive power, various defence and waterbreathing powers)
15. Hypnosis: Confuse (calms enemy for 3 seconds) Frenzy (makes them insane), Disarm (tells them to drop their weapon)
16. Telekinesis: Throw (used against a single enemy, throws them down with little damage) Blast (large area, same as throw) Levitate (slow moving levitate, like power armour jetpack)
17. Radiation Manipulation: Purge (quickly purges body of radiation) Gamme wave (offensive radiation attack)
18. Illusion (summon various enemies, they do little damage and are easily slain, but can be a distraction, can summon Raider, Ghoul, Deathclaw (with fear abilities) bug swarm and yao guai)
19. Vortex: Creates a mine based wormhole, that causes a massive explosion when enemies come near. Likely to kill user unless gets to a safe distance
20. Ethereal: Invincible until you perform an action, secondary ability is phasing. To phase through a door (and some thin walls as long as there is some ground on the other side) So to phase, first move as close to the door as possible, equip phasing and use the grenade throw button to fire directly forwards, you should appear on the other side of the door and as long as the wall is thin, you can also phase through it, can fall outside the map if used against a door or wall that has nothing on the other side
21. Cellular Regeneration: Rapidly heals health and limbs
22. Very hard skin (various defence abilities) including 150 armour and no limb damage
23. Invisibility: Cloaking effect and can not be detected even when standing and running, enemies will fire and throw grenades in your direction but cant actually see you to lock on making it very hard for them to hit you. To make up for this powerful ability you take 10pts radiation damage per second, so its only good for sneaking in and attacking enemies quickly. Also if you have already been detected and attacked and engage this power they will still shoot at you until they lose LOS then you should be able to attack them again in a few seconds without being spotted
24. Clairvoyance: Sense Danger (see enemies through walls) Sense path (hold vats to see path to objective, also grants luck and cannot trigger enemy traps)
25. Maximum Human Potential: No fall damage, jump 10x as high and various strength and unarmed bonuses
26. Flight: Jump then press jump again to engage flight (fast moving flying power with no fall damage)
27. Super Senses: Thermal Vision (highlights enemies with glowing red, and everything else appears cold) Sense Weakness (show enemies level, stats and weakness in vats) and super hearing (gives Perception of 10 and sees enemies through walls) and night vision
30. Plasma (not vanilla, had new effects) 2 types, high energy red plasma bolt with no explosion, powerful for killing large or single targets, seconds is plasma cloak (enemies that get close are struck by tentacles of plasma emitted from the wearer, ONLY effects hostile and ONLY works when already in combat, has new visual effects)
31. Detect Powers, once equipped it will show a green shimmer around people nearby with powers
32. Techopathy, can hack any computer and has the option to hack any robot and perform various tasks such as detonate them, control them ect
33. Nervous system manipulation, cripples legs, arms and head of enemies when it hits
34. Super Immune system, highly resistant to poison and also diseases on survival mode
35. EMP power, no effect against anything but robots, which it kills in one hit
36. Stone Skin, New visual effect, increases carrying weight, endurance, and damage resistance, also reducing staggering and reduced chance to be knocked down by explosions, and hand to hand skills as well as melee skills. Slows down the user and their attacks while equipped
37. Distortion, Creates a cluster of dimensional explosions on target that and randomly explode nearby causing a continuous rain of distortions in space time which inflict energy damage, lasts about 5 seconds, Can harm the user if not used skilfully (has new visuals and cluster type effect) Good for taking out larger numbers of enemies but can also hit you if your unlucky, also contains a defensive ability to protect against some distortion effects damage
38. Water Manipulation. Main effect, when equipped and completely submerged in water, your body turns into water and you can breathe underwater, swim at super speed, regenerate to max almost instantly and are almost impossible to target. Secondary attack creates a fountain of water that erupts from the ground causing nearby enemies to be flung in the air
39. Light Manipulation.
Two types of attacks, Flashbang to blind enemies and flare to light up dark areas for 20 seconds
40. Megaton Punch
User can concentrate powerful energy into a single punch that deals massive damage but is slow.
41. Enchanced Breath Attack
Small particles enter through the enemie’s airway and other holes, disintigrating them from the inside out, also slows down their attacks as a secondary effect
42. Shockwaves
Sends a shockwave from the player in all directions. Two types, Concussion which throws enemies but does little damage, and does little damage to the player. Or Nuclear, does huge damage but also causes a percentage of that damage to the player.
43. Cosmic Swarm
A shotgun like power, fires many projectiles which spread out like a shotgun, hitting many targets at longer ranges for small damage or devastating damage up close.
44. Homing Sprites, Works like a gun instead of a grenade, first aim and wait for the red triangle to appear on the target, then fire to launch 4 sprites that will follow the target wherever he goes or runs to. They are very slow but hard to shake off
45. Sludge Power, works like a mine. Place and a green energy field appears, when an enemy triggers it they will get covered in sticky sludge that slows their movement to almost non existent until they can escape, may not affect high strength enemies
46. Nature Powers, First is a bug swarm that works the same as Homing sprites, Lock on and fire when ready, then the swarm will follow them and harass them, staggering them while you fight, 2 is a wall of vines and trees, to help block off a path, 3 is a new effect where vines appear from the ground and grab the target, immobilising them by holding them in place. They can still attack, but cant escape the vines
47. Bladed Fists, now you have claws like wolverine (in the right hand only) they are fast, have high critical damage and will dismember your foes on death.
48. Shapeshifting
When equipt you appear as someone your enemies know, if you attack they will fight back, but you can walk among raiders and other enemies without being spotted. Doesn’t work when already in combat, you will have to hide and wait until your «hidden» before using it again
Secondary effect allows you to change your appearance at will, first go into 3rd person and make your character face the camera then hotkey the item to use
49. Diamond Skin, Immune to the effects of explosions.
50. Power manipulation Resistance, you have high resistance to enemy offensive powers. Many powers will have no effect at all, this only effects base damage. For example, getting hit by poison powers will ignore base damage but other effects such as the poison will still leak through. Or being hit by telekinesis will do no damage but you will still be throw down. Also does not work against strong powers such as nuclear shockwave as its just far too powerful
Power disruption, disables powers when a target is struck. May last a short time or long time, depends on enemy level. When player is struck, you will need to unequip and re quip powers to use them again.
51. Singularity, Creates a singularity (new visuals) that opens a hole in space. Damaging anything nearby, it will remain for 20 seconds. Can be used as a trap and multiples can be spawned, the user is immune
52. Power Mimic, when used, adds all the powers of nearby people to the player without need to kill them. Is non hostile
53. Magnetism Manipulation, when used against enemies it will crush enemies if they are wearing metal armor (including power armour, army helmets ect), breaking their limbs and causing massive damage. Has a separate version to use against robots, but doesn’t work against synths. Also makes lockpicking much easier, as long as you have the correct perks to unlock that level lock since just because you can use this power to turn locks doesn’t mean you have the knowledge to know how to work it
54. Aging, makes the target feel aged and weak. Reduces their melee attack damage by 90%
55. Super Intelligence, can craft anything without level or perk penalties
56. Healing / Resurrection
Can cast a healing aura to heal yourself and nearby people, second effect when cast on a dead body brings it back to life
57. Summoner, can summon a perminant swarm of 20 roaches, a pack of 3 mutant dogs, a deathclaw or a rad scorpion. Damage is done to the player for each spawn
58. Disintergration pulse, a green fiery pulse that kills anything in one hit, but is very slow.
59.Clone, simply clones whatever it hits, and player can also clone themselves but not items or powers
60. Nuclear Fusion, requires a fusion core, then you can launch a nuclear explosion at your enemies but is more powerful than the fatman
61. Memory Manipulation
First effect makes the target think they are your friend, although when used on groups they randomly choose either be friends with you or take the enemy side
2nd effect makes them your enemy, however it isn’t considered hostile so you can insight people to attack you
62. Vanish, Sacrifice a large amount of health to wipe the enemy from existence. No loot, no experience, they are just gone.
63. Deton pulse. Will detonate any explosives in the target’s inventory, from moltovs to mini nukes
64. Cascade Force Cloak, throws anything back that gets too close
65. Scale Manipulation, Make yourself a giant (should only use outside or you will get stuck) Increases defence and health massively, but is hard to control, also can make enemies small, reducing their attack and speed massively
66. Stasis, Stops the enemy in motion as though frozen in time, but you can still hurt them
67. Luck based powers, various luck effects added
68. Vertigo. Causes target to lose balance, over the next 35 seconds they will randomly be unable to hit anything and may fall over again and again
69. Super Strength, increased carrying capacity and melee damage
70. Telescopic vision, includes night vision version
71. Non lethal sleep power to knock out enemies
72. Damage enemy senses, blinds, deafens and they lose track of the player effectivly ending combat if you crouch
73. Super human reflexes, gives 200 AP and 200 AP recovery for vats
74. See future, like time travel, use mark to start the power and recall to return to previous save, so you can scout ahead in time and return
75. Power Bestowal, gives a non mutant superpowers, can be used only on humans and can only be used once per target.
76. Increased probability, increased chance to hit enemies, and stabilises weapons accuracy
77. Rapid Phase Pulse, a rapid fire gatling laser type attack with new meshes for projectile.
78. Dark Matter Storm, launches a blast of dark matter in front of you that bypasses all resistances and does moderate damage
79. Hemonkinesis, power to cause high damage resistance, slight healing and increased damage as you increase your adrenaline and concentration, causes more damage on powers when active.
80. Astral projection, Ability to remote view without being detected.
81. Momentum, while sprinting you cause a powerful energy surge destroying any enemies you run into (new visual effects)
82. Astrokinesis. Two new visuals, summon a meteor towards your enemies or cause a small cluster of supernovas with starstorm
83. Gravity Manipulation, launch your enemy upwards into the sky with a powerful gravity pulse
84. Mist form, can turn into mist and become invunrable, drawing weapon turns off power as you can’t attack in this form
85. Possession, when used on an enemy, you take full control, and your old body appears next you you. Should only be used on humans and synths. (Does not change Physical appearance, so will need to use shapeshifting to change visual appearance)
86. Mind Command, when used, allows you to give the target commands and trade with them.
87. Super Charge, when equipped, most powers effects will double in strength. Will need to unequip each power and requip to see effects in stats.
88. Poison Spore, a spore that burrows into the enemy and poisons them with deadly venom
89. Nanite cloud, user is immune and spores nanites that last for a long time, eating the enemy from within and tearing them apart.
90. Living Energy, summons a living energy enitiy that moves fast, and continues to attack until killed.
91. Pain Control, cant feel pain and almost invincible but must stayed healed, offensive version also causes enemy to wither in pain
92. Density Control, slow to move but tough, or change to lightweight but easier to kill
93. Hallucinate. Causes enemy to hallucinate
94. Degeneration (causes everything nearby to take 300% more damage)
95. Self Sustaining, no need for food and drink
96. Super Endurance, basically infinite sprint
97. Slide of hand, steal anything from your target
99. Super Breath offensive attack, also can hold breath for longer when in scopes
100. Enhanced Memory, 3x EXP
101. Force Field, a powerful forcefield with drawbacks
102. Adaptive defence, the less health you have, the more damage resistance you get.
103. Sound Manipulation, makes you very stealthy and has an offensive pulse that stuns enemies
104. Breaching, you can create portals which you can then fast travel to by equipping the secondary item. Max 2 portals at once for mark and recall type effect. Also can target an enemy and send them to the portal, so if you set up some traps you can teleport them to one of your two portal locations and obliterate them (all new visual effects as portals)
105. Danger Sense. When an enemy is feeling hostile or initiates combat the screen will flash red twice to indicate they are looking for you. Once combat is over, the screen flashes purple once to indicate all threats are eliminated.
106. Dimentional Storage. A storage container with almost unlimited space owned by the player.
107. Steal Powers, takes away enemy powers making them human and gives them to the player.

Known issues
1. Using some powers together (like invisibility and fire) may result in odd visual effects and may not work as intended since you would be invisible and on fire so you may be spotted, this isn’t something I can do much about
2. Sometimes equipping stop time in the pip boy will freeze the game, shapeshifting can also cause this.

Survive to the «unusual» FEV infection and become a psyker, bring doom to your enemies with 20 unique super powers for your playable character in fallout 4. Defend yourself with energy barriers, heal, jump higher, teleport from one target to another using psyker charge or carbonize opponents with elemental powers, the possibilities are many.
As a modern version of the old file, I’ve rebuilt the mod from the ground up, the new powers use more stable physics are less repetitive and they’re better implemented. They additionally have unique sound effects, since the powers are fired as a mine/grenade they replace the grenade sound, but it’s done dynamically so any grenade/mine use the ordinary sound and the powers will use a unique sound. Some of the powers are inspired in biotics from mass effect and some of them are inspired in warhammer 40k, but I took many inspiration from many other games, manga and fictional characters (Psyker lance projectile is shaped like the Longinus for example).
The powers are divided in two categories, 9 that act as throwable mines (you will find them in the weapon tab) and 11 that act as drugs/potions (you will find them in the AID tab).
To acquire the super powers, you will have either to complete a very simple quest which begins the next time you load the game and sends you to experiment with drugs (you will need access to the institute bio lab, related to the Virgil quest) or use a chemical called «psyker powers: cheat» if you just want the powers.
Once you complete the quest or cheat, you will receive a power called «Psyker: Meditate» which will open a container with all the powers inside, you can obtain the ones you like and leave the others inside and meditate to return or add or remove the powers whenever you like, meditating is the only way to remove weapon super powers from your inventory. In my experience you will end up using 2-3 Weapon powers and 2-3 AID powers.
When you use a weapon super power, you will lose 15 points of AP and the game will automatically add a new power to your inventory. When you utilize an AID power, it will be consumed until the effect ends and returns to your inventory as a gameplay «feature» I recommend you to fav the power you will experience less problems if you do so. If you overuse AID powers when you have not enough AP it will fail causing all active powers to disrupt and damage you so manage carefully your AP or you may end up in trouble.
The gameplay is focused in two primary ideas, the spell caster and the melee bruiser.
As a ranged spell caster, you wield elemental powers to damage opponents and aid powers to support you. You can use AID powers like fear me weakling to cause everyone in melee range to flee in terror so you can maintain distances or precognition to allow you spot enemies from a distance and then end your targets with bolts of bio lightning.
As a melee bruiser, your powers boost your physical abilities and knock down foes with powerful energy waves. Defend yourself with energy barriers which deflect bullets and heal yourself with restorative powers to stay comfortably in the frontline while jumping from one vulnerable target to another using psyker charge and smashing your opposers to the ground with your bare hands protected by force fields.
Even though the gameplay is thought with this in mind in the end, you can play it and combine powers however you like. Do you want to be a vampire who absorbs health from afar with Psyker Lance and also can reconstitute himself when in danger? you can achieve that. The possibilities are many I’m merely providing tools.
The powers:
Passive perk:
Psyker: As a psyker you’re very intelligent and perceptive so you gain extra [10%] experience. You also have incredible powers.
Spontaneous Combustion: Focus your raw anger and incinerate the target area [10 AP cost].
Cryo Blast: Breathe in and out, calm and focus. Freeze everyone in target area [10 AP cost].
Smite: A lethal bolt of bio lightning that tears enemies apart [10 AP cost].
Singularity: Create a singularity on aimed area, it lasts 4 seconds and deals 15 points of energy damage per second and pulls opponents to it. When singularity ends explodes pushing targets and dealing 80 points of energy damage [10 AP cost].
Psyker Lance: Concentrate your psychic powers in the form of a lance of pure energy. The lance absorbs 50 points of health from the living or deals damage to robots [10 AP cost].
Psyker Nova: Release a violent psychic shockwave that sends targets flying and makes 60 points of energy damage, if you have barrier activated dispel it to deal extra 100 damage [10 AP cost].
Psyker Push: Distort gravity releasing a diversion that damages and knocks down opponents [10 AP cost].
Psyker Charge: Use your powers to augment your speed and strength and charge across the battlefield culminating in a powerful collision that knocks down enemies and deals 30 points of damage [10 AP cost].
Force Fists: Focus your superior strength and create a powerful force field around your fist which deal physical and energy damage. Each hit has a 20% chance to stagger opponents. Update1.3: You can now improve Force fists in any weapon rack as a normal weapon to increase its damage.
Blood Boil: For 60s by reaching a weaker enemy you can activate him to rapidly accelerate his pulse and blood pressure to lethal levels with the end result being the victim’s heart and brain exploding [20 AP cost] and [10 AP cost each activation]
Fear me weakling: For 1 minute, sheer terror overcomes feeble foes around you. They will flee from your overwhelming presence [20 AP cost].
Invisibility: Become invisible for 30 seconds [20 AP cost].
Precognition: Focus your senses detecting potential foes around you. [This ability is toggeable]
Psyker Barrier: Cover yourself with a protective force field increasing your resistances for 60 seconds. The barrier deflects bullets and pushes opponents away when running [30 AP cost].
Psyker Reconstitution: Concentrate fiercely in your blood cells miraculously restoring your limb conditions, clearing radiation and healing your wounds [20 AP cost].
Might of the Titan: Enhance your remarkable strength to unimaginable heights, run faster and jump higher and cancel fall damage for 30 seconds [30 AP cost].
Warp Time: Warp the physics of the world around you slowing time to a crawl and ignoring gravity for 20 seconds. (40 AP cost)
new ELEMENTAL FORMS
Bolt form: Become the very aspect of lightning, increasing tremendously your electric resistance, targets near you are damaged by lightning bolts. You can acivate a target to elecrtocute them. [This ability is toggeable]
Fiery Form: Become the very aspect of fire, increasing tremendously your fire resistance, targets near you are damaged by your high temperatures. You can activate a target to ignite him for extra fire damage. [This ability is toggeable]
Chilling Form: Become the very aspect of cold, increasing tremendously your frost resistance, targets near you are damaged by your chilling aura. You can activate a target to freeze him. [This ability is toggeable]
Strain perks scale damage:
Strain 51: The strain 51 makes your psyker powers 25% stronger.
Strain 52: The strain 52 makes your psyker powers 50% stronger.
Strain 53: The strain 53 makes your psyker powers 75% stronger.
Strain 54: The strain 54 makes your psyker powers twice stronger and cost 25% less AP to cast.
Strain 55: The strain 54 makes your psyker powers 150% stronger and cost 50% less AP to cast.
SPECIAL:
Intelligence: You have developed an incredible intelligence [+3 Intelligence].
Charisma: Your overwhelming presence frightens and charms the living [+2 Charisma].
Endurance: You’re sturdier than most humans [+2 Endurance].
Perception: You have a sixth sense that grants extra perception [+2 Perception].
Strength: You manipulate reality things supposed to be heavy are light as a feather for you [+2 Strength].

Before you promptly accuse me of unlorefriendlyness please note that psykers are a possible thing in fallout lore and super powers aren’t even rare, this is in fact the best lorefriendly excuse to get super powers in the fallout universe. You can also find psykers in the commonwealth like Lorenzo or Mama Murphy though ultimately this mod represents a gameplay feature, then you can roleplay however you like. Do you want to be a eccentric scientist who discovered the mass effect?, you can do that, do you want to be a mutant with elemental powers?, you can do that. Feel free to invent your ideal excuse to make your gameplay experience better that’s what all is about. Let’s go and have super fun!
