INTRO:
I, like many others, have always felt Sanctuary to be the most inviting settlement to have your primary home. This is perhaps in part to The Sole Survivor having lived there before the war. I find it fitting for any Sole Survivor to feel a kinship for the old place. Some might prefer to escape their past life, some others might want to restore it to it’s former glory, or as close as can be with the world in such a state.
For the latter, Sanctuary is simply too cluttered with immovable debris and it feels as though every corner of the landscape is fighting you.

SO WHAT DOES THE MOD DO?
«New World Sanctuary» tries to fix a lot of the issues with Sanctuary that can make building a nightmare. It aims to make building easier first and foremost, but it also does a little more.

DISCLAIMER:
The screenshots displayed were taken with all the recommended mods below installed. Your houses will NOT look this clean without the first three mods in the list! (The plywood and metal grates and such will still be there, but the paint won’t be clean and the rooftops will not be fixed)

KNOWN ISSUES:
I have done my best to make sure grass and other plants don’t clip too much through the sidewalks or houses, but there may be spots I missed. Let me know where and I may do something about it.

INSTALLATION:
Install like you would any mod, and if you don’t know how to do that then you should figure that out first.

You can install this mid-playthrough, and there shouldn’t be any problem. I MADE the mod mid-playthrough and haven’t gotten ye olde cell reset bug. You might just have some messiness if you built something on the foundations already.

UNINSTALLATION:
There should be no issues should you want to remove the mod at any time.

Sanctuary New Path way with Prewar Grass & Trees

Requirements: None

Basic Description
Sanctuary landscape has been smoothed out and the Concord River is a deeper and just way more pleasant to look at after you clean up and scrap the junk. And instead of the road we have a new Path walkway.

Sanctuary has prewar grass and trees, a custom bridge and the walls are repaired on both side of the river. The road is completely removed and we now have a path walking, after all there are no more cars. Under the walking path is dark dirt walking path if you want to scrap the walking path.

It’s easier to rebuild a town not full of pot hole, moguls and twigs!

Note:
This mod is intended to scrap just about everything and rebuild the whole area. Due to smoothing out the land you will see some items (fences, trees, shrubs, and rocks floating) that are not snapped to the ground and or floating in the water. S o just scrap those items or re-position if you wish in build mode. Once you scrap and clean up the town, it will look much better. However the Prewar Tress can not be scrapped if you wish to remove them you will have to use console commands.

Compatibility
This Mod will not work with other Sanctuary mods that change the landscaping (like other mods with deeper water at the river or mods with Repair Bridge); the mod last in order has the final say. With my mod I have implemented more than most as the description shows.

Other
Again some items are not snapped to the ground, just scrap or re-position it in build mode. It’s not a bug! See reasons why I did
not snap items to the ground at end of page if you wish to no more! Spent hours testing with a saved game without mods and tested with a saved game with mods.

Issues With Codsworth
You can install this mod at any point in the game however due to redoing the Navmesh Codsworth in searching for bugs works but takes him a bit more time. So it’s best to take care of the bugs yourself. Codsworth will also get you food if you request him to do so but it may take him a bit more time. When testing this sometimes he did according to the script but then sometimes it took him longer than usual.

Reasons why I did not snap items to the ground:
Its junk and meant to be scrapped so why waste the time to snap it to the ground. When making a mod every change that is made to vanilla increases the file size … and we really don’t want that. So if I snapped items to the ground it creates more records thus increasing the file size, and since they’re going to be scrapped then its obvious there no reason to snap items to the ground.

On the other side of the Bridge in the wall area I also flatten out landscape to make a nice entrance into Sanctuary and items are not snap to the ground also. The road is a bit off the ground but is in the same location for NPC’s to maneuver onto the bridge but it
to is meant to be scrapped and make your own floor onto the Bridge … (See Example Pics).

I also looked at Boston Natural Surroundings did not work very good!

Future Update coming: Working on doing the same thing I did to my Spectacle Island Mod, that is removing more junk to remove the need for a Scraping Mod. The outside of the boundaries will be totally cleaned so that there is no need for a Scraping mod. Inside the boundaries all items that can’t be reposition or scrapped will be removed making it to possible for no need for a scrapping mod. The main objective will be repairing the meshes (Precombines) for better performance.

Этот мод, пожалуй, самый масштабный, среди тех, которые каким-либо образом затрагивают поселение Сэнкчуари.

Автор перестроил всю локацию с нуля, при этом сохранив в целости и сохранности все игровые квесты ради избежания багов.

Каждое здание и улицы обладают также созданныеми с нуля навмешами, что исключает вероятность того, что ваши поселенцы где-нибудь застрянут.

Здания, которые добавил автор:

1) Был изменен дом главного героя. Теперь он построен из кирпича. Имеет точно такое же местоположение, что и раньше.

3) Новый район на берегу реки с небольшим портом, рыбным хозяйством и таверной.

4) Новый дом для игрока с видом на реку с собственным причалом и террасой.

7) Оружейный магазин

8) Большое здание, изначально задуманное, как гостиница. С ним можно сделать все, что душе угодно.

9) Церковь и кладбище

11) Медицинский центр

12) Ферма с фруктово-овощным ларьком и домом фермера.

13) Тюрьма и центральная сторожевая башня для охраны главного входа на мосту.

14) Бар с большой верхней террасой и небольшой комнатой барменши.

15) Отдельные магазины.

17) Три очень высокие сторожевые башни, на которых можно назначить поселенцев для охраны.

18) Обновленный мост.

Автор предупреждает, что из-за достаточно плотной застройки может немного пострадать производительность.

Через установщик модов или следуйте инструкции ниже:

1. По пути «Мои документы/My Games/Fallout 4» находим файл Fallout4Prefs.ini и редактируем его: [Launcher] добавьте «bEnableFileSelection=1» (без кавычек)

2. Переходим в папку C:\Users\Имя пользователя\AppData\Local\Fallout4. Открываем plugins.txt. Добавляем в него новую строку с названием «ИМЯ.esp» после «Fallout4.esm» (без кавычек)

3. Сохраните и закройте.

4. Выделяем plugins.txt и правой кнопкой выбираем «Свойства» и отмечаем «только для чтения».

5. Добавляем выбранный вам esp в папку Data, что находится в корне Fallout 4

6. Выполните все, что сказано на странице Настройка fallout4.ini

This my dear friends is something VERY new and a totally different approach to a Sanctuary overhaul.

Its a «makeover». Its a transformation into what looks like a location from somewhere else (far harbor).

Everything has been changed from massive terrain changes to a whole different type of feel of the location.

Ok enough babbling.

The main file has precombined and vis data BUT i also kept a copy of the esp BEFORE generating precomb/vis which i can upload if anyone needs it..
I tested the mod before even generating data walking around from abernathy to concord with zero visual issues or framerate issues.

As usual i added minimal furniture.
The build area is as large as the sanctuary island( well its all surrounded by a river 😛 )
You have more than enough space to build and create.

Fallout 4 «Прекрасный Санктуари / Beautiful Sanctuary (5.0)»

Данная модификация возвращает поселению Холмовое убежище (Sanctuary Hills) довоенный внешний вид, частично затрагивая территории 111 и Красная ракета. Почти всё, кроме разрушенных четырёх домов, а также естественной деградации остальных построек, станет таким же, каким было в прологе.

Установка.

В идеале, этот мод нужно устанавливать аккурат перед первым выходом из убежища 111. Новую игру начать не получится, т. к. данные территории затронуты в разрушенном виде, а не в новом:

Но это пока, чуть позже, после выхода полноценного редактора, авторы, скорее всего, всё поправят. Итак, вернёмся к установке: перед выходом в свет из 111 сделайте сохранение и выйдите из игры.

Установка на уже существующую игру с отстроенным вами поселением также возможна, но будут наблюдаться вот такие глюки:

Если не боитесь переустанавливать все эти вещи, то сделайте следующее:

Чистый и опрятный вид? Кодсворт, товарищи! Помните, в первом с ним диалоге он жалуется, что ему некого было обслуживать, и он занимался облагораживанием территории? То-то же. 200 с небольшим лет он стриг кусты, подрезал деревья, красил дома, подправлял заборы и т. д. Очень в тему. Мне вообще кажется, что разработчики игры специально так сделали, чтобы мододелам было раздолье…

Наконец, все помнят Оазис из третьей части. Кто там всем заправлял? Какой-то вшивый мутант! А у нас есть Кодсворт, который позаботился и о постройках, и о растительности. Так что вписывается данная модификация в игру, даже спорить не о чем. Ставьте и оценивайте!
