Dogmeat can be found at Jalbert Brothers Disposal just north of Grey Garden. ever been there? The whole place is run by robots!

— Can wear all dog armours.
Please note you cannot recruit both Fallout 4 Dogmeat and Capital Wasteland Dogmeat at the same time. You will have to dismiss one before recruiting the other.

Рейдеры объединились со своими коллегами из Содружества, чтобы с размахом посеять хаос. ну, во всяком случае, в их безумном стиле. Их спавн можно заметить рядом с любым другим рейдером, но при этом выглядеть они будут совершенно по-новому!

Fallout 3 для многих посетителей этого сайта, как и для меня, был не только первой игрой, познакомившей нас с замечательной серией игр про жизнь после атомной войны, но еще и тем самым окном в мир моддинга. Да и что там говорить, первые моды на сайте появились как раз таки на Fallout 3.
И вот вышел Fallout 4, яркий, пестрый, со всем тем, что приписывают нынешним ААА проектам: высокополигональными моделями, качественными текстурами, тенями и объемным освещением. И сразу же возник закономерный вопрос: а как бы на всей этой красоте выглядели бы другие игры серии? Такой вопрос возник и у любителей серии TES после выхода Skyrim, и у любителей Fallout 2. но об этом позже.
Лично я видел на сайте пару умельцев которые переносили ассеты из F3 в F4, но в тот момент на горизонте появились три амбициозных проекта: Fallout 4: New Vegas, Fallout: The Capital Wasteland и Fallout Miami. Все они в равной мере созданы для того, чтобы подарить новую игру в игре.
Пару недель назад гремели ролики с геймплеем всех трех проектов, а разработчики Fallout: The Capital Wasteland вообще заявили, что прогресс выполнен на 60%. И здесь на горизонте появилась Bethesda Softworks, со слов юристов которой всю разработку пришлось заморозить. В чем же дело? Давайте разбираться!
Хоть я и не привержен конспирологии, официальная версия звучит так:
В результате общения с компанией Bethesda выяснилось, что метод комплементации аудиофайлов поднимет серьезные правовые вопросы, о которых создатели мода раньше не задумывались. Такие проекты всегда находились в «серой» области права в плане авторского права, поэтому создатели модификации решили своими силами перезаписать все аудиофайлы, а проблема касалась в основном их, но поняли, что без Лиама Нильсона и в особенности голоса Три Дога Fallout 3 потеряет свой шарм и будет совсем другой игрой.
Далее же был упомянут довольно странный момент о том, что «Правообладатель единолично определяет порядок распространения продукта, а за его спиной стоит целая команда высоквалифицированных юристов». И здесь стоит понимать, что исходя из этого заявления любой крупный мод находится в «серой зоне». Здесь уже следует предоставить слово SOFA GAMING, где можно понять, что любой донат в сторону разработчиков может быть нарушением законодательства, как и сама модификация ПО.
И если бы дело касалось лишь переозвучки, такой бы вопрос бы не поднимался, просто потому, что и голос Три Дога и Рон Перлман в некоторых случаях идут на контакт с сообществом, проект The StoryTeller тому пример. Авторы TCW намеренно оговорились, что им не стоит приводить в пример другие проекты, которые эти вопросы так или иначе решают. Создается впечатление, что здесь дело как раз таки в другом, как объективно заметил Диванный Геймер.
В данном случае проект является перевыпуском, что может быть нарушением авторского права, ведь до сих пор ходят слухи о полноценном ремастере Fallout 3, и создание пользовательской модификации с тем же смыслом вероятно отвлечет внимание от проекта самой Bethesda Game Studio. Здесь уже решайте сами. Если речь просто в блажи беседки, то не может ли это быть угрозой для всего комьюнити и глобальных модов?

Introduction
This a project Turkey and Grill have been working on for a while (about a month). We are thrilled to share this with you, since this is our biggest and most ambitious standalone mod to date. This is something completely new for us and we have learnt a ton for making these by dissecting nifs in Nifskope and the Creation Kit to see how they tick, This project went very quickly from research as something small to a large scale workshop mod fit with two new building kits, a ton of new furniture and many misc and decorative items!
We hope you enjoy the mod and this is now a framework for us to do future expansions and for you, the community to add your own stuff also.

Introduction
This is the final stop on our roadmap, Part 2 of the Capital Wasteland workshop pack, includes 100+ brand new custom placeable objects, the theme is really just a mixed bag of stuff from Fallout 3 and a few things from New Vegas.
We wanted to add a few more functional things into the pack so we have new features like the Jukebox which has a custom behaviour to play GNR and Enclave radio themed songs! We also added in radio eyebots like the ones found playing enclave radio in Fallout 3, these can tune into all 3 base game radio stations, We hope you all enjoy the pack and we look forward to seeing your screenshots of your settlements on nexus and on our Discord server!
