Друзья, по многочисленным просьбам, отвечаю на ваши вопросы и ввожу вас в курс разработки)
1) Карта мода включит в себя саму Припять, так же в карту будут включены подлокации Янов, Рыжий Лес, Затон, Песчаное Плато и некоторые другие, которые войдут в огромный мир одной бесшовной локации. Несмотря на привычные названия подлокации будут иметь свою собственную геометрию, близкую к реальности. Так в Рыжем лесу не будет тех объектов, которые были в «Чистом Небе», однако на затоне будут корабли, и на янове стоять поезда именно так как они расположены в реальности
2) сама возможность пройтись по Припяти будет дополнена существование полноценного мира зоны из книг различных авторов и существующих объектов реальной ЧЗО(таких как троллейбус сталкеров и Припятский дебаркадер, где будут существовать стоянки сталкеров.
3) Большинство сталкеров в зоне будут иметь отсыл к частям сталкера, некоторые к книгам(как например болотный доктор Калугина из книги Дом на болоте) вполне можно будет встретить Дегтярева, Волка, Ноя и многих других у каждого из них будут как уникальные квесты, так и рандомные
4) Группировки будут сохранены, будет и охота на мутантов и поиск артефактов и все лучшее, что было в трилогии
5) Не будет собственных оружейных или графических аддонов, будут использованы существующие лучшие
6) Транспорта не будет. Все сталкеры будут передвигаться только пешком. Есть идея создать путейную дрезину на янове и небольшую лодку, но это пока остается под вопросом
7) Дата выхода из-за включения в локацию не изменится, так как будут использованы существующие наработки

Чувак может ты объяснишь вот короче:Я запускаю инсталлятор жду и мне выскакивает вставьте второй диск!Потом я выбираю папку и мне пишет Не найдено файла data2.pak помоги скачать мод
басота если у вас требует диск перенисите файлы установку в новую папку создать и все ептить
вопрос я тут решил мод замутить а если я добавлю гта в сталкер не кто наезжять не будет
Вылет во время монолога Сидоровича. Даже не понятно из-за чего вылетает. И прикол в том что лога нет! Кароч мод сырой но видимо допиливатся он уже не будет.

Living Zone addon port for Anomaly 1.5.1. With some changes here and there.

Just a simple port of Living Zone to Anomaly 1.5.1. Standalone addon.
Since the addon is kinda hard to test alone due to its nature, I would love to hear some feedback if everything works fine and all. So yeah, treat it as a beta or smth 🙂
For archive purposes there’s an optional folder which contains old Living Zone 1.0.9 smart terrains. I cannot recommend using that since this thing can make bases empty so use with caution 🙂

About random spawns addon, it is compatible since this version uses vanilla 1.5.1 smart ltx’s (I couldn’t find any significant differences). Just make sure that random spawns addon replaces these files. I’m thinking about removing smart folder from this addon since now these are obsolete and to make things less complicated as well.
Holy poop, I started playing this last week and I was thinking «too bad Living zone isn’t made for 1.5.1» Good stuff! Any issues if installing midgame? Other than just needing to wait for new spawns.

Wondering how well will it go with Warfare Alife Overhaul? Are there conflicts?
There is a major conflict, so if you wanna use both addons, you got to merge them.
I just installed it. Doesn’t conflict with other mods I use so far, but I can’t tell a difference ingame yet (since I am in mid game). No crashes. I’m curious for the other guys reviews as this gets tested over time. Thank you for doing this!
I think this mod needs some in game days to go by before it starts to seem different.
Literally today I went to the page of the old mod, I was upset that it was on an early version. Thanks, we will test it) There is a comment on the old page, is it true or not? Here’s a comment:
«- He uses a very arbitrary approach to get the stalkers / mutants to move. How? It reduces the squad capacity in almost every location to something very small, well below the actual maximum capacity determined by the vacancies available. For example, this addon modifies Sky’s Clear Capacity. Base increased from 5 to 1. This means that you will never have any units visiting the base.
— It changes the body cleanup script so that the number of bodies before cleaning is allowed 15. It removes the code related to the sliders in the main menu, making them useless. Instead, it adds code to force the cleanup by pressing F7 (this is not mentioned anywhere other than the script itself!). Was this addon built for a previous version of Anomaly and never updated?
— This significantly changes the bias of the units of the faction towards certain locations, and not so that the prejudices are grouped, so to speak. Thus, you will often have units deciding to go through the entire zone quite often. This is relevant for Warfare, where this bias is factored into positioning. «
The smart terrains reduced to 1 capacity is true for original mod.
This one have changed NPC routes only, but not much honestly (only darkscape has been changed by large margins). I think that you probably won’t really notice the difference between this and vanilla ;]

I’m confused, nothing is clear at all: D
So I will try to explain 😀 For now this addon only tweaks NPC routes. You know, if clear sky member is allowed to go to certain place like campfire and such. This is done by editing simulation_objects_props.ltx file. What I’ve done is I compared default file with the one that was in the Living Zone addon, compared, merged them both and adjusted the values.
About that comment:
1. Original addon changed the 1/10th of overall smart terrain (and its kinda unfinished i think) and one of them are the bases, so that statement is true. I’m gonna include these changes as an optional, since I don’t think these are that necessary and it can make bases empty.
2. Actually I removed the script in r1.2 so now it uses default Anomaly 1.5.1 behavior, so all the sliders work no problem.
3. This can be an issue for Warfare players and I wouldn’t recommend using this addon for that gamemode.

yea basically i think this addon force the groups limit to 1-2 in bases so every stalker is forced to walk through the zone instead of entering the base, not a elegant way to do this but better than nothing i think

To be honest, it’s already finished. I have ported the addon with small tweaks here and there and seems to work fine. I don’t think there’s more to add from my side.
Is there possibility of making it compatible with bounty squads expanded mod? Yesterday I got crash referring to smart terrain placement.
If u used the optional file, remove it. I will still check the problem, but a crashlog would be helpful as well.
Does this basically make it so there’s more variety in each location like random spawns does? For example: Renegades at the car park in Cordon or Monolith in the swamp?
It’s more what routes will NPCs take. For random spawns use Moddb.com which seem to be compatible with this addon as well so u can use both (just don’t use the optional from living zone addon, i just kept it for archive purposes) 🙂
Any idea how many in game days it’ll take to see the affects when installing mid game? I don’t mind the wait but I’d like to know when I can start paying attention for changes.

Life across the zone without restrictions for groups. Groups will begin to occupy points that previously did not occupy, but there is no complete war of factions.

Do you know what else this addon does, Reter? I’ve noticed Mutants aren’t homicidal/borderline suicidal anymore. When they take serious damage and are badly wounded I have noticed they enter fight or flight mode and since downloading this addon they crawl away or crawl and then die or go down fighting. It’s pretty cool, was just wondering if there’s more to this addon than just those few tidbits of details you listed in the description? 🙂

Because the files and folder structure seem almost identical. I’m asking because the other mod caused a huge amount of ctd’s when i tried it, so i had to uninstall it.

This one doesn’t have a WAR like the NONSTOPE, this is lore friendly, i’m playing this from a month and i absolutely had no crash

Dunno, i like the standard Anomaly population but someone suggest to reduce to stalkers 0.25 and mutants 0.5

Working fine so far, no CTD at Army Warehouses. Def. more going on but not absolute chaos.
Great addon.
Feel much more immersion. I’m now in Garbage and groups of stalkers fighting each other from time to time. Addon works amazing with JSRS Sound Overhaul. I would say it is ‘must have’ mod to fully enjoy the game since locations in basic Anomaly can be depressingly empty after a while. However, I’m not sure about spawns in this addon, hope stalkers would not kill each other and left you alone in space after few hours in game:p
The mod is stable so I strongly recommend!

As far as I can tell it won’t ruin a game in progress. IF it’s like similar addons, it might take a while to see any real differences.
it works without the new game but i think you have to wait a few to see differences in the world
Excellent add-on. Really livens things up and various stalkers and mutants appear and places they didn’t before. Makes you pay attention and takes you out of the comfort zone.
10/10 after some polish around the edges.
Question, does this affect preformance in any way? Also, does this addon make stalkers and mutants attack main bases? Like the warehouse containers in Jupiter or the bookstore in the outskirts? Cause I’m tired of having unique NPCs dying on me.
I’m playing on an old laptop, no performance decrease.
I haven’t seen mutants/stalkers attack base yet
There shouldn’t be any performance drop unless you’re in a map with a lot of actors. That will drop fps drastically even on the beefiest rig.
What seperates this from the Living Zone Notstope version? In the other one I believe they attack each others bases and will capture territory, in this one territorys remain the same and NPCs move from places to place instead of just having a place empty for the duration of the game?
This should be official in the anomaly mod
Not sure if this mod was the cause of the military going bananas not shooting at all and screaming withouth moving, awesome mod the zone feels like warfare place now.

Or is it for without warfare, just to make a bit of movement on npc’s?
Omg you’re a lifesaver, I’ve been playing with all my in-game sliders to get that exact feel.
Question; can this map work in conjunction with Project Kaos or will it overwrite it, break the spawning mechanics or crash the game altogether?

What setting should A-Life simulation be set to? Off, Smart Terrain or Full?
I have the Zombie issue too where they sometimes don’t have a valid animation.
This mod does not affect animations, only the Squad movement logic

How does Livingzone Nonstope differ from this mod?
I know you didn’t make this addon, but I thought I should point out some stuff that it does that may cause some issues.
— It uses a very heavy-handed approach to force stalkers/mutants to move. How? It reduces almost every location’s squad capacity to something really small, way below the actual maximum capacity determined by available jobs. For example, this addon changes Clear Sky Base’s capacity from 5 to 1. Which means you’ll never have squads visiting the base.
— It changes the body cleanup script so that the number of bodies before cleanup is allowed is 15. It deletes the code pertaining to the sliders in the main menu, making those useless. Instead, it adds code allowing you to force a cleanup by pressing F7 (this isn’t mentioned anywhere except in the actual script!). — It changes the bias of faction squads to certain locations pretty significantly, and not in a way where biases are clustered, so to speak. So you’ll often have squads deciding to go across the entirety of the zone pretty frequently. This has implications for Warfare, where this bias is accounted for in location targeting.

I’m using version 1.5, with hotfix 8 and the 1.4 update, with Generic Mod Enabler, version 2.6.0.157.
I’m a big fan of Stalker, and rediscovered the game after so many years. And I keep finding these gems, like Call of Chernobyl before and now, Anomaly and its add-ons. Yours, it helps with the immersion, at least for me. So thanks again!
How about fps? It there a drop or not? Because you increase ALife to 2000 m and this sounds crazy!
