The Isle is intended to be a gritty, open-world survival horror game. Explore vast landscapes of dense forest and open plains, traverse treacherous mountains and wade through dark swamps where horrors lurk. Hidden within are ruins that hold insight as to what came before. Through it all, keep in mind there is only one goal: survive.
Admin Commands
Server admins are server staff with the ability to use certain powers/commands such as teleporting players, healing players, etc. The creator of the server can appoint admins. Admins basically have the server rules drilled into their brain and make sure everyone follows the rules. Every admin has a yellow username.
Here’s a list of all the admin commands and what they do. Note: Don’t include the braces when typing out the command!
/kick [player name] [reason] Kick a player from the server for a specific reason.
/kickid [steam id] [reason] Kick a player from the server using their steam id.

-=Stat Rundown=- Parasaurolophus is a fairly safe choice of dinosaur for a player who wishes to avoid combat, but not be totally helpless when forced to fight. Despite being seen as an easy meal by many, a vigilant Para is difficult if not impossible to chase down and kill without being quietly surrounded by a stealthy pack beforehand.
-=Pros=- * Faster than anything which can easily kill it. * Stronger than anything which can easily outrun it. * Low food and water requirements even while growing.
-=Growth Strategy The juvenile Parasaurolophus is too slow to run from most predators, and too weak to fight anything its own size or larger. Therefore, the order of the day is stealth. Despite its flamboyant coloration, the juvie Para is well-suited to hiding under trees with low-hanging branches thanks to its sitting animation, wherein it slightly curls its body to reduce length. Since the juvie Para can last about a half hour without eating or drinking, filling up both bars right at dusk and then sitting under a tree for the night is the most ideal way to gain substantial growth whilst going unnoticed.
The adult Parasaurolophus is substantially faster and stronger right from the moment you hit “grow,” but still has a hard time with anything larger than Dilophosaurus for the first half of its growth. After hitting that halfway point, only large and fast predators Allosaurus and Giganotosaurus pose a major threat; said threat can be avoided through stealth, provided you can find foliage thick enough to hide you. Somewhere between 0.9 and 0.95 growth is when you can confidently hang out in open fields to take advantage of your speed.
-=Life as an Adult=- The adult Parasaurolophus tends to find the most success with a semi-nomadic lifestyle, but is just as viable as an explorer for those players trying to learn a map. It loses hunger and thirst slowly enough that a Para player can claim a rather large area as its home to wander and even nest in. Only the largest Para herds will ever consume resources quickly enough to require a mass migration, again owing to how large of an area they can afford to wander around any given pool. In my own playthroughs on the Isle V3 map, it’s not uncommon for me to wander between two fairly distant bodies of water (such as the twin lakes and the gigantic marsh) without hardly eating or drinking, just because I can.
When being hunted, especially by a pack, you should always choose running as your first option. Para is basically the Allosaurus of the herbivores, and consequently is somewhat fragile for its size. When fleeing, you should initially trot until the predators are close and/or crouching, at which point you should run. This will almost always put enough distance between you to out-last their ambush speed. Once you have begun running, KEEP THE CAMERA POINTED FORWARD. Not doing this is the most common mistake I see with any dinosaur, and it kills me every time I see it. Not looking where you’re running is 100% guaranteed to have you run into an object or off a ledge, immobilising you or inflicting bone break respectively. Instead, just run for about twenty seconds, then slow down and have a look behind you. Any predator besides Carnotaurus will be at a safe enough distance to view this way, and you might even be able to rest for that extra stamina regeneration.
Fighting is occasionally unavoidable. Maybe they’re faster than you (i.e. Carnotaurus). Maybe they got ahead of you while you hid in some brush. Maybe you just weren’t paying as good attention as you thought. Regardless, it’s going to happen. Now Para isn’t exactly helpless, but it’s not a tank and bleeding takes its toll super fast. If you choose to fight, it has to end quickly. The following bullet points will explain.
Nesting is quite easy as a Para, and best used as a respawn point for group-mates. Like with all dinosaurs, Para hatchlings do not require water and can feed from the nest, so it is not necessary for them to be near food and water; quite advantageous to be away from the latter, in fact, to avoid predators. Both Isle V3 and Thenyaw Island have plenty of backwater areas that make ideal nesting grounds.
The last point to cover is herds. A herd of Paras should usually be just as skittish as a single individual simply to avoid unnecessary bleeding, but may have to go on the offensive if there are juveniles or even hatchlings to protect (unless, of course, you’re the sort of underhanded rogue who uses those as decoys). As stated above, Para’s low- maintenance nature makes migration unnecessary for all but the largest herds. It might be wise to do so anyway, though, since the sheer amount of noise you generate is certain to attract… interested parties.
-=Final Comments=- I am by no means an expert at this game, and for that very reason the ease with which I handle Parasaurolophus playthroughs should speak volumes for how beginner-friendly they are. This guide might make it sound a little too easy, but I suspect most of you reading this know that all things in The Isle are easier said than done. Still, I must admit that Para is quite a bit easier to play than most dinosaurs, and certainly easier than my personal favorite, Carnotaurus.

Game is still full of choices, but save editing makes it less guessing.

Игра вылетает на рабочий стол без ошибок. О: Скорее всего проблема в поврежденных файлах игры. В подобном случае рекомендуется переустановить игру, предварительно скопировав все сохранения. В случае если игра загружалась из официального магазина за сохранность прогресса можно не переживать.
The Isle не работает на консоли. О: Обновите ПО до актуальной версии, а так же проверьте стабильность подключения к интернету. Если полное обновление прошивки консоли и самой игры не решило проблему, то стоит заново загрузить игру, предварительно удалив с диска.
Ошибка 0xc000007b.
О: Есть два пути решения. Первый — полная переустановка игры. В ряде случаев это устраняет проблему. Второй состоит из двух этапов:
Ошибка 0xc0000142.
О: Чаще всего данная ошибка возникает из-за наличия кириллицы (русских букв) в одном из путей, по которым игра хранит свои файлы. Это может быть имя пользователя или сама папка в которой находится игра. Решением будет установка игры в другую папку, название которой написано английскими буквами или смена имени пользователя.
Ошибка 0xc0000906.
О: Данная ошибка связана с блокировкой одного или нескольких файлов игры антивирусом или “Защитником Windows”. Для её устранения необходимо добавить всю папку игры в исключени. Для каждого антивируса эта процедура индивидуально и следует обратиться к его справочной системе. Стоит отметить, что вы делаете это на свой страх и риск. Все мы любим репаки, но если вас часто мучает данная ошибка — стоит задуматься о покупке игр. Пусть даже и по скидкам, о которых можно узнать из новостей на нашем сайте.
О: Ошибка возникает в случае отсутствия на компьютере корректной версии пакета Microsoft Visual C++, в который и входит msvcp 140.dll (и подобные ему). Решением будет установка нужной версии пакета.
После загрузки и установки нового пакета ошибка должна пропасть. Если сообщение об отсутствии msvcp 140.dll (120, 110, 100) сохраняется необходимо сделать следующее:
Ошибка 0xc0000009a/0xc0000009b/0xc0000009f и другие О: Все ошибки начинающиеся с индекса 0xc0000009 (например 0xc0000009a, где на месте “а” может находиться любая буква или цифра) можно отнести к одному семейству. Подобные ошибки являются следствием проблем с оперативной памятью или файлом подкачки.
Размер файла подкачки должен быть кратен 1024. Объём зависит от свободного места на выбранном локальном диске. Рекомендуем установить его равным объему ОЗУ. Если ошибка 0xc0000009а сохранилась, необходимо проверить вашу оперативную память. Для этого нужно воспользоваться функциями таких программ как MemTest86, Acronis, Everest.
Игра тормозит и лагает
Скорее всего данная проблема носит аппаратный характер. Проверьте системные требования игры и установите корректные настройки качества графики. Подробнее об оптимизации игры можно почитать на форуме. Также загляните в раздел файлов, где найдутся программы для оптимизации The Isle для работы на слабых ПК. Ниже рассмотрены исключительные случаи.
Появились тормоза в игре. О: Проверьте компьютер на вирусы, отключите лишние фоновые процессы и неиспользуемые программы в диспетчере задач. Также стоит проверить состояние жесткого диска с помощью специализированных программ по типу Hard Drive Inspector. Проверьте температуру процессора и видеокарты —возможно пришла пора обслужить ваш компьютер.
Долгие загрузки в игре. О: Проверьте состояние своего жесткого диска. Рекомендуется удалить лишние моды — они могут сильно влиять на продолжительность загрузок. Проверьте настройки антивируса и обязательно установите в нём “игровой режим” или его аналог.
The Isle лагает. О: Причинами периодических тормозов (фризов или лагов) в The Isle могут быть запущенные в фоновом режиме приложения. Особое внимание следует уделить программам вроде Discord и Skype. Если лаги есть и в других играх, то рекомендуем проверить состояние жесткого диска — скорее всего пришла пора заменить его.
Проблемы с модами
Ошибки загрузки/обновления
Проверьте стабильность подключения к интернету, а также скорость загрузки. При слишком высоком пинге или низкой пропускной способности обновление может выдавать ошибки.
Если магазин или лончер The Isle не завершает обновления или выдает ошибки, то переустановите саму программу. При этом все скачанные вами игры сохранятся.
Запустите проверку целостности данных игры.
Проверьте наличие свободного места на том диске, на котором установлена игра, а также на диске с операционной системой. И в том и в другом случае должно быть свободно места не меньше, чем занимает игра на текущий момент. В идеале всегда иметь запас около 100Гб.
Проверьте настройки антивируса и “Защитника Windows”, а также разрешения в брандмауэре. Вполне возможно они ограничивают подключение к интернету для ряда приложений. Данную проблему можно решить и полной переустановкой магазина или лончера т.к. большинство из них попросит предоставить доступ к интернету в процессе инсталляции.

Черный экран и вылет при попытке зайти в игру. О: Если вы используете VPN, то с большей долей вероятности проблема именно в нём. Попробуйте изменить его настройки или временно отключить. Рекомендуется сменить регион в самой игре (если такая возможность предусмотрена). Спустя какое-то время можно будет вернуться к привычным настройкам.
“Недействительная сессия” и аналогичные. О: Перезапустите лончер и дождитесь его повторного подключения к серверам. Если это не помогло — потребуется перезапуск компьютера и роутера. Если и в этом случае проблема не исчезла стоит обратиться на форум — скорее всего ошибка носит массовый характер.
The Isle не подключается к серверу. О: Скорее всего, сервер игры перегружен или конкретное лобби не доступно в данный момент. Попробуйте обновить список доступных серверов или просто перезапустить игру.
P.S. Удостоверьтесь что ваш аккаунт или ip-адрес не был забанен в игре за нарушение правил, а также на вашем компьютере не установлены читы и другие запрещенные программы.
