Materials

* 3 sticks
* 1 small rock
* 1 medium carving rock (Or two if you don’t get enough small carving rocks from it)

Once you find it your spot get 3 sticks. (2 in you pockets and you are going to have to hold the other one in you hand) Once you get those drop them off at you spot. Then go back and find a small rock put that in your pocket and then you need to find a medium carving rock. Pick that up and go back to your spot and drop that where you want it. (If you find any more small sticks on your way pick those up they are good to have on hand)

So now get your rock out of your pocket and start beating that carving rock untill you get 3 or more small carving rocks. Then you beat those too. Beat one until it turns into a hammer rock tool thing (about three times of hitting it) Then hit the next rock until it turns into an axe head. (About 6 times of beating it.) Finally the third one smack that thing untill you cant smack it any more. So now that you have all the heads for your tools hold down C and it will bring up the crafting menu. So you click on the hammer and a blue picture of a hammer will appear where you mouse is. Click to drop it. Then do the same for primitive axe and knife. So what you should have are three blue prints of the hammer, axe, and knife. Now pick of the sticks and put one in each of the blueprints and the same stone heads for the hammer, axe and knife. So now here come the easy part. Pick up the small rock or small carving rock and hit that hammer untill it completes it. Then pick up that hammer. (Click E) Then hit the axe 2 times and also the Knife two times with the hammer. BAM. You now have the power to build anything you want. (If there is a blue print for it.)

Here it is one of the most annoying parts of surviving on an island. Food and Water.
So get your mighty axe in your hand and go into the jungle. So if you are SUPER thirsty and need water then find a small palm tree. Look up into the branches and if you see any green coconuts or brown coconuts then DON’T CHOP THE TREE down yet. Chop off either the leaves or just hit the coconuts (the green ones are the best for emergencies.) And if you chopped the coconut it will fall to the ground and you may drink it and that should give you about 20 drinking staminia or what ever you call that. But if you chopped the leaves then all the coconuts will fall to the ground. Now the Brown coconuts take a little more effort to drink but really not that much harder. They both give you the same about of liquid.

So another way to get water to drink.
There is a thing called a water collector. what it is is 3 sticks and a turtle shell. And when it rains it will collect the water and then you take a coconut bowl and then you drink out of it. and becareful it wont collect if its under somthing. and it will evaporate it left in the hot sun.

Now for the eating part. There are many ways to get food now in the game and dont forget to have diversity when eating or else. I cant remember if it does anything to you but its best just to have the diversity.

Go into the forest and find some bananas. And eat them right off the vine. Thats all you have to do. Each one gives you 20 food.
Still Easy one: Get you axe and go find a crab. kill that crab and eat. (I think maybe in the futer they might add some soup to make with it.)

I dont know why it took me amost 4 hours to relized this. The coconuts have meat in them. What i mean by that is when you drink the coconut I always thought that was it. BUT NO! Take your knife and go over to that coconut and hit it. It will give you two things. One it will give you coconut meat Then the second is a coconut bowl. ( I think in the future they will add soup and you will cook that in there and also you can collect rain water) They added a new look to the meat. Its the top one.

So this one is a little hard. You have to get the sea muscles. (I think thats what they are) You find them in the ocean on huge rocks. The best way is maybe get a raft or just a canoe and look for a big rock. Then only have you knife in you hand. To much weight and you will drown. Just swim down hit as many muscles as you can and get as many as you can. The way I do it, is I go down. I look for the muscles and i hit all of them till they are just one hit about to break. Then i go back up fill my air all the way back up and then i go down and collect. That way you dont have to worry about running out of air while hitting them.

BTW turtles you can eat them now they will give you a shell and meat. So now the shells can use to collect the rain (as exsplained above) And the meat you just put it over the fire and cook it and it gives you 50 food point things! You can now also kill a crab and then when its dead you can cut it up even more and then it will turn that crab into one peice of meat. (just make sure you cook it or you will loose health)

Also now there is a drying rack. Its 1 long stick with 3 little sticks. What you do is you put meat on them and dry them. I think you can put other stuff on them too but I dont know what all you can put on them. I think now with the rotting system they will last longer drying them instead of just cooking them.

There are also seagulls’ nests. where there can be eggs. So far you can only just eat them. You can’t cook them yet. But be careful the seagulls will attack you now. I found that out the hard way, and they will not stop for a very long time. BUt if you dive for a little bit they cant attack you in the water. (as of right now) NEW UPDATE: I dont think they attack anymore. I went to their nest and they didnt attack they just ran away. So let me know if they still attack or if they dont.

Also there is now the fish trap that was added in alpha 19. It is made from 1 long stick and 20 small sticks. What you do is just put it in the water and I think it will catch Salmon? I dont know I haven’t caught any yet. But please let me know if it matters where you put it and also what fish you catch. But i do know that dont stand right by it or it will take forever to catch anything. Heres what it looks like when you make it.

Thanks to alpah 26 we now have a new fruit

They are worth 20 for a whole one. (They tell you how much each one is worth now when you hove over it)

Materials for a 3 x 1 boat:
6 stumps, 4 thick sticks, 1 small stick, 2 long sticks, and 3 palm leaves.

Materials for a 2 x 2 boat:
8 stumps, 5 thick sticks, 2 small sticks, 2 long stick, and 3 palm leaves.

So the 3 x 1 boat is a good starting boat. Its nice and long for nice short trips and it can be really good the only thing is make sure you put railings on that one because its very easy to fall off it because ive drowned because there was no railing.

Step one. Collect all you materials. (You get your stumps from the trees, then the thick sticks from spliting the stump into two so you get two thick sticks per log, then you get the long sticks from spliting the thick stick. THen the 3 palm leaves you also get from the trees.)

Step two: Get your blueprints, lay them out so its easy to get too. (Including the sail, the pole, the rutter, and the basic raft.s)

Step three: Put all the materials into the blueprints and build it by hitting the print with the hammer.

Step four: You can connect the rafts to the other rafts by taking the hammer and hold down right mouse button (or whatever your mouse has for the right click) for picking up the raft AFTER you build it and drag it to the other raft and make sure the thick sticks look like a latter. The reason i say a latter is because if you do it wrong your boat is going to be a really wide short boat where the sail is messed up and so just make sure you make it like a latter with all the basic rafts.

Step five: Railings, now thanks to the update in beta 8 they added a new cheap railing that only requires i long stick. But you sill need to put down the pillars. (i recommend that you use the cheapes pillar unless you are going on a LONG trip and you dont know when you will have the supply to repair.)

Step six: Well now all you have to do is pack. Gather all you food/ water and put it into a crate and drag it on to the boat (Make sure that you have a railing behind it or else it will fly off.) And remember that the crate will move so make sure its in a safe place.

Materials: I dont know it depends.

If you want a nice big home on land like a 3 by 3 foundation home or a small one just to sleep in or just to keep your fire from burning out you might need different amounts of materials.

For a 3 by 3 Foundation home.

first you are going to need to find a nice big open space for your home.

Second, Take out your blueprints and MAKE sure your house will fit where you want it to. But just the foundation because really your house wont be any bigger then that.

Third you need to decide what kind of foundation you are going to have. (Such as a nice sturdy foundation, or like a weaker foundation.) For the Sturdy foundation (I recemend) you might want to chop down about 5-6 trees. Fourth, put all you materials into the blueprint (well duh where else). Now again craft the foundation and BOOM you have the most importat part of your house.

Then if you have a computer like mine when you try to put the blueprint of the floor onto the foundation it might spaz out. If that does just hold you mouse there DONT MOVE IT. It should seettle down but if it doesn’t then SLOWLY move your mouse over until it goes solid green.

OH if you would like you house to be up higher then i just found this out. All you have to do is raise your mouse up higher and the foundation pillars will become taller. But then yuo need a latter (its under a different name but i like to call it a latter) I had a picture for you guys but it didn’t save it.

If you only want half a wall then you take the half wall support then once you build those. (they only take 2 long sticks or 2 thick sticks to build. if you want more stable ones then go for the thick stick ones.) but if you want a full wall you need to do the full size supports not the half size.. Now for the roof for the roof you need 3 small sticks and 2 palm fonds. BUT they must be on a side beam. (just like the floor) So now you have a shelter that can let you sleep and you can add on to it.

But i FINALLY made my first house (im kinda glad that you cant see it because it was bad) i made it high up but my latter would not work it kept turing and would just stay there and wouldn’t let me move it. ( the glitch with the latter all fixed and now it should work just fine) so i just had to jump in it. Anyway it was kinda a two story i put my fire under it so that way when it rained it didnt get wet. But it would have been a really awesome house if i worked on it more so to make my house it only took: 2 trunks, 11 long sticks, 1 thick branch, 4 small sticks, and two palm fonds. so it wasn’t a bad shelter but it wasn’t somthing that i woudl show off.

So they added banana tree fonds to make you house out of now. So its the same thing but with banana fonds.

The fire. The most important survival tool.

Materials:
Small fire: 4 fire sticks (1 small stick gives you 3), a fire saw (1 small stick, 1 fire stick, 1 coconut fiber).
Medium fire: Just add 1-2 fire sticks to the small fire
Large fire: add as many sticks as you can to your fire.

Keeping the fire alive:

The best way to keeping the fire alive is to put a roof over it. Nothing special just foundation pillars (any kind), pillars, then a roof. Again nothign special its just a fire. It dont care where you put it as long as you keep it alive it will warm you up. Also keep adding fire sticks to it, because if you dont you might have to use another fire saw and you might not have one at the ready. (that reminds me keep an extra fire saw nect to you incase you have to revive it.

Escape The Pacific Альфа 46 – Карта и Компас, Кораблекрушения и Весла, Эффект ветра, Цели

В этом обновлении мы в сосредоточились на добавлении механики для коллекционной карты и компаса, и на берегу появились новые места кораблекрушений. Старые навесы с предметами, которыми кто-то пользовался, и ветер, взаимодействующий с персонажем, делают игру более интересной. Добавлено больше элементов, изменяющих игру, а также исправлены некоторые ошибки.

Карта и компас наконец-то материализовались! Они теперь такие же, как и другие предметы, и если их нет в ваших новых специальных навигационных карманах, то картографирование невозможно! Компас и система карт будут иметь уникальную функцию, добавленную в будущих сборках, чтобы сделать картографирование более интересным.

Как уже говорилось, игра начнет постоянно получать все больше и больше контента, чтобы сделать игровой процесс более интересным и приятным. Вот первые несколько элементов геймплея из нашего огромного списка.

На некоторых островах можно найти места кораблекрушения с дополнительным веслом, которое лучше по качеству и дольше держится, чем ремесленное.

На стартовом острове сейчас нет никаких рукотворных предметов, но какой-то давно забытый выживший сделал на берегу каменную стрелу, указывающую на соседний остров, где он разместил свой тайник с предметами.

На некоторых островах кто-то построил простенькие укрытия от непогоды со старыми, но все еще пригодными, предметами обихода в них.

Игрок теперь ощущает на себе воздействие ветра (более медленная скорость ходьбы и бега в сильный ветер и наоборот) и слышит утомленное дыхание и звуки сердцебиения.

Также была добавлена базовая механика Целей. Новые цели (чтобы помочь игрокам разобраться в игровой механике) и квесты (для мотивации игроков) будут постоянно добавляться. Элементы основного сюжета будут добавлены позже.

Добавляя все больше и больше контента, делая нашу игру более удобной для пользователя с большим количеством подсказок, учебников и повествовательных текстов, мы помним, что повторное включение секстанта и игровой карты 5000×5000 км остаюся нашим главным приоритетом.В наши дальнейшие планы входят такие вещи как пользовательский интерфейс картографии, созревание фруктов, выращивание фруктов, копье, копчение, кораблекрушения, пользовательский интерфейс под парусами, дельфины, акулы, управление геймпадом, система обучения, простые квесты … Мы также будем работать над решением новых проблем и перепроверим некоторые более старые проблемы. Будут добавляться и новые функции, если нам хватит на это времени и сил.
